All orders are deemed offers for you to purchase our products. We may accept your offer by issuing a confirmatory e-mail and/or mobile confirmation of the products specified in your order. Our acceptance of each such offer is expressly subject to and conditioned on your assent to these terms and conditions of sale. No other terms and conditions will apply.

All prices posted on this website are subject to change without notice. Prices prevailing at commencement of placing the order will apply. Posted prices do includes all taxes and charges. In case there are any additional charges or taxes the same will be mentioned on the website.

All payments must be received by us prior to shipping unless the order is placed by using Cash on delivery (COD) payment mode. We accept payment by cheque/cash/draft, net-banking, credit card, debit card, cash card, mobile payments.

Shipping and Handling

We will arrange for shipment of the products to you. Shipping schedules are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in the shipments. Title and risk of loss and damages pass on to you upon the products delivery to you. In case reverse shipment cannot be arranged by us due to unavailability of our logistics partners, then in that case you may be requested to send such products through any available courier services.

Changes and Cancellation
Any item additions, quantity changes or specification changes made to accepted orders will be modified in the order details. All sales are final, provided, however, item cancellations and quantity reductions may be made before the order is shipped. We may, without liability, cancel any accepted order before shipment if our credit department does not approve your credit or if there are other problems with the payment mode selected by you.

If any orders are cancelled by you after procurement, but before being shipped by Degitech.co.uk, then Degitech.co.uk will charge restocking fee applicable as per the product category. International order will attract a restocking fee of 25% of the order value. All other orders will attract a restocking fee of 10% of the order value. Refund will be made after deducting such restocking fee as applicable within 7-10 working days.

Q.Why can't you always offer a refund or replacement when processing a return?

We are not always able to offer a refund or replacement for certain items, these include non-faulty headsets or products that have been used and cannot be replaced due to hygiene reasons, e.g. headsets. All refunds and/or replacements are down to the discretion of our Returns Manager. This is with the exception of handsets which are covered under the manufacturers warranty.

All products that are faulty within the manufacturer's warranty can be sent back for repair/replacement. If damage is found to be customer damage, e.g. liquid damage, then there may be a charge for repair. For further information please click here

Q.Do you offer extended warranties on your products?

Unfortunately we do not offer extended warranty on our products.

Q.How long do I have to return a non-faulty item?

If you return a product to us that is not received in a brand new condition we reserve the right to return the product to you.

Unfortunately we cannot refund, replace, or exchange certain products if the seal/packaging has been broken or opened.  This is applicable to product software, all types of replacement batteries, memory cards or similar products.  Wireless or wired headsets are also excluded where evidence of in-ear use has been identified; this is due to hygiene reasons.

All the items that we sell are from the largest suppliers and therefore most have manufacturers  warranty.  If you have purchased the incorrect product we can either process a refund or exchange the item for the correct type. We can only exchange/refund a product if the packaging is unopened. Please refer to either our online configurator or manufacturers handbook for the correct memory compatibility for you device. If you do need to return a product please send to the address located in our contact us page. All refunds will be refunded directly onto the card with which the purchase was made. We will only accept returns within the first 7 days after purchase. 

It is advised that you register your product with the manufacturer when you recieve it to benefit from the manufacturers warranty.

Items can be refunded subject to our terms and conditions online within 7 days.

For all other non memory items the same policy applies.

Q.Why has my payment declined?

As we are coming into an era where banks are protecting customer's accounts, some banks may decline the payment because they may think it is fraud. As we are an internet site they may decline the payment just for your safety. If you have sufficient funds, we advise that you call the bank just to let them know that it is you that is using the card. Once this is done you can contact us with the order reference number provided and we will be happy to process the order for you.

Q.Can Degitech Refund the VAT amount of the goods I ordered?

VAT is charged on all goods sold, at the standard UK rate of 20%. Please note that we don't offer a VAT refund service.

Q. How will I know when my order has been despatched?

We have a method of informing our customers that their order has been despatched.

One of the most popular postal services, First Class mail aims to deliver your order the next working day to 5 working days, including Saturday

Q. Can I have goods delivered to a work address?

Degitech Ltd understand that you may be at work when your order is scheduled to be delivered.

We do allow customers to have their orders delivered to their work address. If you enter your works details as the delivery address, as long as we are able to do the necessary security checks then we will deliver your items to the work address.

We may use different couriers as well as Royal Mail for our deliveries so please check with your goods in department that they are able to facilitate this.

Q. How can I check if my order has been accepted?

As soon as you place the order online you should receive an email confirming your order. This email will include the items you placed and the costing for your items plus the total.

Alternatively you can log in to your account and see if the order is stated there. If the order is not there please contact us.

Q. How can I check if a product is in stock?

The easiest way to check if an item is in stock is to look just underneath the price for the stock message. If the item is out of stock then it will indicate when we expect to get the items back in stock. For more information on our stock messages please click here.

Q.Do I need to pay VAT when ordering from Degitech Ltd?

VAT is charged on all goods sold, at the standard UK rate of 20%. Please note that we do not offer a VAT refund service.

Degitech Ltd does not invite purchases from outside of the European Union (EU); and therefore all transactions will be subject to UK VAT. You are advised not to place orders with a shipping destination outside of the EU (which also operate within some non-EU territories e.g. Jersey & Guernsey - VAT-free zones outside of normal UK and CE trade tariffs); in doing so you agree to accept the VAT levied against your purchase.
